Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SportyClubs. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Usage

SportyClubs provides a tool for organizers to create tournament schedules and bracket structures, and for clubs to manage player rosters. You are responsible for ensuring that all data (player listings, event dates, and settings) you upload conforms to local regulations and is accurate.

2. Account Security

Organizations and clubs are solely responsible for keeping account credentials (usernames and passwords) secure. Standard plan accounts may only create up to 1 sub-user, while premium/paid accounts support multi-user staff control.

3. Event Rules and Registration Limits

Tournament host organizations are responsible for collecting event entry fees and other charges directly. SportyClubs is not liable for coordinate disputes regarding entry cancellations, draw reset adjustments, or bracket modifications.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach platform rules, submit fraudulent player information, or fail to complete plan registration payments.
